Gait Buddy, LLC is a medical device development company that is the culmination of a rehabilitation device that aims to optimize the efficiency and safety of gait training. The Gait Buddy™ is a simple device that is designed to assist rehabilitation specialists in providing safer and more effective OTG (over the ground) gait training. Current OTG gait training carries risk for injury and high costs, including monetary, lost time and less than adequate care and rehabilitation of the patient, as the aide solutions are inadequate and impractical for therapists to perform their jobs. As a result, OTG gait training for low level patients is not performed often enough. We solve that problem.
